Your subscription begins, on the plan you picked. You are emailed before that happens rather than after, and stopping is one click — there is nobody to telephone. Cancel a monthly plan and you keep working to the end of the month you have paid for. A year paid up front runs to the end of that year and is not refunded part-way, so take the monthly plan if you would rather stay free to stop.

A consultation you recorded and turned into a clinical record, or a document you received (a referral letter, a lab or imaging report) that VetGlide summarised for you. Re-reading, editing, printing, sending the owner a summary or summarising the same document again all cost nothing more. The Basics plan allows a hundred a month; the Unlimited plan does not count them at all.

Yes, on request. Today you copy or print the finished record. If you want it to land directly in your PIMS, write to us and we will build the integration with you.

It records on your phone, and the recording is processed once the connection comes back. The write-up does need internet at some point — it is not generated on the phone itself.

In my own practice, and for the vets using it with me, about two hours a day: the writing that used to wait until the evening. It depends on how much you write today, so the honest test is two weeks on your own consultations.
